Pros: The customization options are good and once we built our templates documentation sped up considerably. eClinicalWorks EMR handles patient records well.
Cons: Support response times are inconsistent sometimes it takes days to get a fix.
Verdict: Not the easiest to start with but it has grown on me over time. It does what we need in cardiology.

Pros: The patient portal has been a big win. Parents love having access to the immunization records of their children and appointments online. The telehealth integration is also decent.
Cons: Reporting can be confusing,and I often need help from IT to pull what I need.
Verdict: I would say eClinicalWorks EHR is a good system for pediatrics but not the most intuitive when it comes to data analytics.

Pros: eClinicalWorks system is feature rich. Lab integration works fairly well and documenting patient encounters is more straightforward than the paper chaos we had before.
Cons: t feels clunky sometimes and certain workflows take too many clicks.
Verdict: It is a solid EMR software once you commit but I wish the interface was designed with more efficiency in mind.

Pros: eClinicalWorks EMR has a wide range of tools and templates and it definitely helps us stay compliant with documentation standards.
Cons: Honestly it freezes at the worst times. I have lost notes before because of system lag.
Verdict: When it works the system is excellent. But reliability issues make me cautious.
