Pros: Tebra EHR Software offers a user-friendly experience once you get the hang of it, especially when managing claims. The platform keeps everything clear and organized, making it much easier to track claim statuses, something that’s usually complex and time-consuming.
Cons: At times, the EMR system can be slightly slow when loading claims or patient encounters. It would also be helpful to have the ability to modify patient cases after billing.
Verdict: The integration with the new Trizetto portal has been a standout feature, significantly accelerating claims processing and electronic remittance enrollments. Pros: The scheduling and billing integration is convenient and has reduced paperwork headaches. I also appreciate the security features it is reassuring to know patient data is well protected.
Cons: Learning curve is steep. Took me a while to figure out where everything was, and even now I still feel it could be simplified.
Verdict: Not the easiest system to master, but once you put in the time it becomes fairly dependable. I would not say it is revolutionary but it is a competent EMR that helps keep my practice on track.

Pros: I do like how organizes patient charts. Lab results and imaging are easy enough to attach and my staff picked it up fairly quickly. Scheduling is straightforward which is helpful for our busy office.
Cons: Every so often the system glitches and freezes up forcing us to restart mid shift. It is disruptive and does not leave the best impression on patients.
Verdict: Tebra EMR Software has its ups and downs. On good days it makes the office run smoothly. On bad days I wish we had stuck with another vendor.

Pros: Honestly Tebra EHR Software covers the basics but not much more. I can write notes send prescriptions and handle billing through it. That is about the extent of what I lean on it for.
Cons: Feels outdated compared to other EMRs I have tried. Too many clicks to get simple tasks done. And the reporting tools are pretty bare bones.
Verdict: Not the most user friendly option. If your practice is small and does not need advanced tools it may be okay but I find myself frustrated more than satisfied.
