Pros: This software is decent for managing patient records and it is compliant with billing codes. It has good enough tools for tracking labs and prescriptions too.
Cons: The UI feels outdated. It takes a while to learn the system if you are new to it.

Pros: Honestly the system is hard to navigate. I found myself clicking around just trying to find simple things. It is got tools sure but they are buried behind a clunky layout.
Cons: The lag is real. And forget calling support you will be waiting a while.
Verdict: I would not recommend it unless they improve the interface and support. Too frustrating to use daily.

Pros: I really struggled with this system from the beginning. Setup was complicated and it never quite ran the way we wanted. Not very intuitive either.
Cons: Support was not helpful at all when we had data migration issues.
Verdict: Would not recommend it. Too many problems and not enough help from their team. We have already started looking for alternatives.

Pros: The software makes documentation faster with customizable templates that fit my needs. It helps reduce paperwork and I can track patient histories without a problem. The updates are also good and improve the system often.
