Pros: I honestly like very little about this software. The design feels clunky and simple tasks require multiple clicks. I expected something more streamlined especially given it is marketed for urology practices.
Cons: Support is poor updates do not seem to fix much and my staff complains constantly about downtime.
Verdict: If we had the choice we would not pick this EHR again. It slows me down more than it helps and it is a daily frustration for us.
